I've tinkered with this recipe to make it low-fat/low-sugar, but it loses something in texture with fat-free ingredients.
Makes 2 pies ( I can get 3 small pies out of it)
2 - pre-made pie crusts (graham or regular)
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
beat cheese until smooth. gradually add sugar. blend in sour cream & vanilla. fold in topping. spoon into pie crust. refrigerate
At the restaruant we went to for our anniversary we chose a desert of a Feta Cheese Cake. Very good. Evil, but very good. (c;
